The username is the front portion of the student’s UTmail address, e.g. if the email is abcdef@mail.utoronto.ca, the username is abcdef

The initial password is the student’s UTORid username followed by the last three digits of the student number. Please change the password once successfully logged in.

You can also reset your password by clicking the "Lost your account info?" link and entering your UTmail email address. You will receive an email with title "Two-Factor Code: [code]". Enter the code from the email in the first textbox on the next screen, follow by your new password to complete the reset. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if the email didn't show up in Inbox in the next 5-10 minutes. If the code did not arrive, please reach out to Parlin from your UofT email.
